Many of our Charitable projects take time....

First we get applications in either English, French or Kinyarwandan. Then we assess their local impact using a set of established criteria and often make pre-visits to learn more before finally, decisions can be made at committee level. Successful projects are then funded and implemented.

Here is a short video that captures a project started in November last. It was an application for classroom facilities for 60 kids: materials, food, uniforms and sandals, in a very marginalised community.

As so much of our funding is raised through our events and donations, we'd like to thank all our members for their ongoing support, those who volunteer to ensure things happen, and our wider community for their generosity of spirit and helping out in so many other ways.
